Rosé Wines

Rosé wine, or more simply rosé, does not have a satisfactory definition despite long debates both in France and internationally. Rosé wine can be described as the product of alcoholic fermentation of a must obtained by controlled pre-fermentation skin maceration of black grapes (with white juice).
