Prosper Maufoux

In 1860 Prosper Maufoux, a notary by profession, left his office to devote himself to his passion for wine. He founded his own house in Santenay, a Burgundian village in the south of the Côte d'Or. In 2020 Prosper Maufoux leaves his home in Santenay and opens its doors to the Château de Saint-Aubin.
